This Web-based Moyo Village Credit Information System for Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) will be built using the PHP programming language, software development using a waterfall, MySQL database, and Sublimetext IDE. This system can be used to make it easier for the management of&nbsp; BUMDes Sahabat Desa Moyo in the process of recording and searching for data on people who make loans, both from the amount of loans submitted and the remaining loans that have been paid. This system can make it easier for officers to carry out the process of applying for loans or loans, and installments in the Credit process at BUMDes Sahabat Desa Moyo because it uses a computerized system. With the development of technology, web-based applications are able to facilitate data processing to the delivery of information so that it can assist farmer groups in managing and controlling organizational strategies to adjust farmer group empowerment to keep it balanced. Therefore, this study designed a web-based farmer group application. This study resulted in a farmer group application that was built to have admin features that can create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) stock of goods, member data, stock of tools, and news. Meanwhile, farmer members have the feature of viewing stock of goods and submitting online pick-up requests. The development method is waterfall, web-based, the design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. Software testing using the black box method with the Test Case Equivalence Partitioning technique gets successful conclusions from various types of tests. it is hoped that this application can help the Uma Beringin Farmer Group to work efficiently which can increase solidarity and food quality for all farmers.</p> Herfandi Herfandi, M. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman <em>PHP, HTML, CSS, dan</em><em> Mysql</em> sebagai <em>Database</em>. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi serta menggunakan metode <em>Waterfall</em> sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak. Attendance performed manually is ineffective and prone to errors during the recap process. Information and announcements related to learning only done through WhatsApp Groups are also not effective because they are often missed by students. Therefore, online learning media is needed using e-learning which is equipped with attendance and announcement features so that teaching and learning activities can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. This e-learning is made in the form of a website using the waterfall method, whose system development uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Web development also uses the Laravel and Vue.js frameworks to make the process faster and easier.
