Analisis Potensi Bahaya Untuk Meminimalisir Kecelakaan Kerja Menggunakan Metode HAZOP (Hazard And Operability Study) Di PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk

Abstract

PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk is engaged in the planning and construction of buildings that focus on the construction of high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, dams and irrigation, as well as power plants. One of the development processes carried out is the Tiu S Dam construction project for package II in Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. Based on the results of observations, it was found that there were potential hazards that could cause work accidents. This can cause workers to experience injuries that lead to physical disabilities and can even result in death. This study uses the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method with the aim of identifying and analyzing hazards arising from work accidents and providing improvement proposals to minimize the risk of work accidents. The results of the study were obtained in the shotcrete process 8 potentially dangerous activities at PT. PP (Persero) Tbk with 37.5% potential danger with low risk level, 37.5% potential danger with high risk level, 25% potential danger with extreme risk level. Recommendations for improvement are the need to make arrangements for scheduling for K3 training, make SOPs and worksheets for the use of PPE in the work area, and use complete PPE according to the work done. It is hoped that this study can minimize the risk of work accidents at PT. PP (Persero) Tbk so that workers can work safely.
