IMPLEMENTASI ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES UNTUK PREDIKSI CALON PENERIMA BLT

The problem occurred in Tridaysakti Village, Bekasi Regency, many people did not receive BLT, the community considered the village to be less objective and not transparent in the process of receiving BLT. Predictions are needed in the process of calculating the criteria for receiving BLT by using the Data Mining technique, namely the Naive Bayes Algorithm to provide knowledge and make data decisions to the public so they can find out if they are eligible or not to receive BLT. This Naive Bayes algorithm will be implemented in an information system using the PHP programming language. In this study the CRISP-DM method was used in system development, for testing it used manual calculations and Rapidminer, namely manual calculation of 282 data training data and data testing 2 data of the Naive Bayes method, testing was carried out by calculating the Confussion Matrix values ??resulting in Accuracy, Precision, and Recall namely each 100%. 197 training data and 85 data testing data with the RapidMiner test obtained Performance results with an Accuracy level of 98.82%, Precision of 100%, and Recall of 96.97%.
