Abstract

Kidney failure or end-stage renatal disease is a condition that kidney have stopped working well enough. People with this disease has a low protein intake especially albumin due to medical treatment. The purpose of this study is to know the purpose of this study is to know the addition of honey and vanilla in the egg-white beverage and the effected on its protein value, organoleptic and storage in 10°C. This type of research is experimental in which experimental namely complete random design (CRD) with 1 factor then replicated for the times. A ANOVA analysis was used to identify the effect thereatments of P ? 5% tasted continuesly with Duncan's test to find out the difference in the treatments. Result of this study showed that the higher protein value, organoleptic, storage in 10°C were in addition of honey and vanilla in like, 5 days, respectively. In conclusion, honey increased the protein value, organoleptic, and storage time. The best treatment for the study is the treatment with honey and vanilla which produces the best protein value of 22.29 g/100g, and and organoleptic with the assumption, and storage for 4 day at cold temperratur.
