Food and Agro-industry (FAGI) Journal is the journal under Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. This is the special edition due to it is becoming the first edition that published by FAGI Journal. The journal edition contains six topics following Food Microbiology, Health and Nutrition, Food Processing, Process Technology, System Engeneering, and Enviromental Management. In this edition arises a unique theme "Nutraceutical and Renewable Energy for Sustain the Planet, together". It is our contributions to the world for updated knowledge related to healthy food and the production in food industry.
