Manuscript Withdrawal

Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors who have submitted manuscripts are not allowed to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted, because when in the submission process an agreement has been made that this manuscript is not in the process of review / late publication in the Journal or other parties, this is also to respect the Editors and reviewers who have taken a lot of time to examine and review the manuscripts that have been submitted.

If the author still wants to request the withdrawal of the manuscript when the manuscript in question is still in the peer-review process, the author will be fined Rp 1,500,000, - per manuscript, as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher or journal manager. However, it is unethical to withdraw a manuscript that has been sent from one publisher if it is accepted by another journal or publisher. Then if the manuscript is withdrawn after the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the author will be fined Rp 2,000,000 per manuscript/article. Manuscript withdrawal will be made after the withdrawal penalty has been paid in full. If the author does not agree with this policy, the author and his/her affiliation will be blacklisted for publication in this journal.
