Abstract

Dalam era modern saat ini, karyawan Generasi Z dihadapkan dengan berbagai tantangan psikologis dalam dunia kerja, salah satunya Impostor Syndrome. Kondisi ini membuat individu merasa ragu terhadap kemampuan diri serta merasa tidak layak meskipun terdapat bukti objektif terkait kemampuannya. Perasaan ragu dan ketidaklayakan ini dapat menghambat karyawan dalam mengekspresikan potensi terbaiknya serta menyebabkan kecemasan dan stres yang berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Impostor Syndrome terhadap Kesejahteraan Kerja pada karyawan Generasi Z. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui metode survei, dengan 200 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori kesejahteraan kerja sedang (57,0%) dan mengalami Impostor Syndrome dengan tingkat yang sama (55,0%). Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana, Impostor Syndrome tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan kerja, dengan p sebesar 0,357 (p > 0,05). Meskipun tidak signifikan secara statistik, Impostor Syndrome tetap dapat berdampak negatif secara psikologis, seperti menurunkan rasa percaya diri, meningkatkan stres, dan mengganggu kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Impostor Syndrome bukanlah faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan kerja, melainkan faktor lain seperti lingkungan kerja berupa dukungan sosial, dan resiliensi.
