Konformitas Pada Remaja Akhir Putri: Pengambilan Keputusan Menjadi Tenaga Kerja Wanita

The social influence of the group becomes a condition in the social scope which underlies a person to play a social role in the environment. Young women in their development who are already in the range of ages 20-24 are able to make decisions in their lives, one of which is to make the decision to become a Female Worker. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of conformity on decision making to be a Female Laborer in Late Adolescent Girls in West Lombok Regency. The research method used in this study used a survey with 297 subjects as young women end of age 20-24 subjects. The results of data collection were processed using regression techniques. The results showed that there was an effect of 0.358 (Sig = 0,000; Sig <0.05) for the variable conformity to the decision-making variable in late female adolescents in West Lombok District, which means the hypothesis was accepted that there was an effect of conformity on decision making for being a Female Labor in Adolescents Akhir Putri in West Lombok Regency. The findings of this study can be a contribution of academic ideas for related agencies to provide interventions for young girls, in the hope of being able to see employment opportunities in their own area or in the country to minimize the occurrence of crime cases while working as migrant workers abroad, as well as increasing the ability of late adolescent girls about how 'decision making' should be chosen for the future of late adolescent girls, especially in West Lombok Regency.
