Therefore, teachers play an important role in preventing and handling bullying. This study aims to describe the role of teachers in preventing and managing bullying at elementary school level. A qualitative approach was used through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, classroom teachers, and parents at SD 3 Terban. The results show that teachers have performed their roles well despite the absence of a school counselor. The protocol requires students to report incidents to the classroom teacher, who then informs the principal, acting as a counselor. The school also collaborates with police, prosecutors, and other institutions to prevent bullying and uses advanced camera technology to monitor student honesty. The study suggests that teachers should continuously evaluate and improve their role to maximize bullying prevention and intervention at school.
Naily Yusriyah, Ikhrom Ikhrom, Dewi Khurun Aini Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Psimawa : Diskursus Ilmu Psikologi dan Pendidikan https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/5714 Sun, 01 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 SELF ESTEEM PARUH BAYA YANG GEMAR MEMBAWA BADIK (Studi Kasus pada 3 Orang Masyarakat Kabupaten Gowa) https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/5790
adik is a traditional weapon from South Sulawesi which has a meaning as a symbol of masculinity, self-confidence and a tool to become oneself. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination among university students who are members of a choir. Using a quantitative approach with accidental sampling, 123 choir group students were selected as participants. Data were collected using the Self-Regulated Learning Scale and the Procrastination Assessment Scale for Students (PASS), then analyzed with the Pearson product-moment correlation test. Results showed a positive correlation of 0.589 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant positive relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination. This finding contradicts previous studies that reported a negative correlation between the two variables. The implication suggests that self-regulation does not always serve as a protective factor against academic procrastination, especially among students involved in choir activities.
Marcell Devano Rangga Wowor, Doddy Hendro Wibowo Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Psimawa : Diskursus Ilmu Psikologi dan Pendidikan https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/5845 Sun, 01 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 STRATEGI INTERVENSI DAN PENDEKATAN PENGASUHAN ANAK DENGAN ADHD : A LITERATURE REVIEW https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/5794
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a developmental disorder characterized by symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, which significantly impact a child's adaptive functioning across family, school, and social contexts. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using direct observation and semi-structured interviews with parents. The researcher also acted as an active observer, providing suggestions to parents regarding the regulation of their children's gadget use. The findings revealed that during the first month, the children exhibited resistance symptoms such as tantrums and social conflicts with peers. However, from the second to the sixth month, significant changes occurred: a decrease in tantrum intensity, improvement in sleep and eating patterns, increased socialization skills, and enhanced focus and academic performance. These findings affirm that consistent gadget restriction has a positive impact on children's social and emotional development, particularly in fostering self-regulation and more adaptive social interaction skills.
Muslihatun Maulidian, Filsa Era Sativa Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Psimawa : Diskursus Ilmu Psikologi dan Pendidikan https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/5791 Sun, 01 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Role of Spiritual Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Improving Organizational Commitment: A Study of Organizational Psychology of School Teachers https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/5840
This study aims to examine how the formation of spiritual intelligence (SQ) in early childhood can be optimized through the family environment using the deep learning approach as an adaptive and in-depth learning model. These findings emphasize the importance of productivity in supporting work and personal life balance for Generation Z in the world of work.
Cheryl Avril Firdiani, Evera Olivia, Reza Fahlevi Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Psimawa : Diskursus Ilmu Psikologi dan Pendidikan https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/5985 Tue, 17 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 PERAN IMPOSTOR SYNDROME TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN KARYAWAN GENERASI Z https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/6006
Thasya Prettycia, Nichole Aurelia, Reza Fahlevi Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Psimawa : Diskursus Ilmu Psikologi dan Pendidikan https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/6006 Wed, 25 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Prophetic Leadership, Organizational Support, and Workplace Spirituality in Building Organizational Change Readiness among Islamic Boarding School Leaders https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/6200
Amid increasingly complex social and institutional changes, leadership readiness for organizational transformation has become a critical success factor, particularly in value-based educational institutions such as modern Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). This study aims to examine the influence of prophetic leadership and perceived organizational support on leaders’ readiness for change, with spiritual workplace as a mediating variable and age as a control variable. This quantitative research involved 357 leaders of modern pesantren in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area using a survey method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Mplus version 7. The findings revealed that both prophetic leadership and perceived organizational support had significant direct effects on readiness for change. Prophetic leadership, characterized by the four core traits of the Prophet Muhammad—?idq (truthfulness), am?nah (trustworthiness), tabl?gh (visionary communication), and fat?nah (wisdom)—demonstrated a strong influence in fostering psychological and moral readiness for organizational transformation. Furthermore, spiritual workplace significantly mediated the relationship between prophetic leadership and readiness for change, but not the relationship between perceived organizational support and readiness. Age was also found to have a direct effect on the formation of a spiritual workplace, suggesting that life experience contributes to leaders’ depth of meaning in work. These findings highlight the importance of integrating values-based leadership, perceived support, and workplace spirituality to enhance organizational readiness for change in modern pesantren settings.
Vicky Amalia, Abdul Rahman Shaleh Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Psimawa : Diskursus Ilmu Psikologi dan Pendidikan https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/6200 Thu, 17 Jul 2025 00:00:00 +0700 From the Real World to the Virtual Space: A Phenomenological Study of Self-Presentation among Hijrah Muslimah Students https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/6689
This study explores the hijrah experiences of Muslim female university students and how their online self-presentation on Instagram changes before and after hijrah. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research involved 46 students from various universities in Indonesia who were identified as having undergone hijrah. Data were collected through an online self-presentation scale, open-ended questions, and in-depth interviews with two participants, then analyzed using thematic content analysis. The findings highlight five dimensions of the hijrah experience: self-transformation, resilience, challenges, positive experiences, and social support. While the quantitative results showed no significant differences in the level of online self-presentation between hijrah and non-hijrah students, the qualitative data revealed a shift in both the content and purpose of social media posts. After hijrah, students were more likely to share religious and educational content as a means of self-expression. These insights offer a deeper understanding of how religious identity is negotiated and expressed in digital spaces.

Keyword : Hijrah experiences, online self-presentation, Muslim female students
Indah Luthfiyah Kasim, Audy Ahmad Rikardi, Jemi Rahmadani, Ongko Handoko, Naufil Istikhari , Ika Suarsi, Nurul Izzah, Yusuf Maronta, Teraika Sri Sulastri, Khairun Annisa Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Psimawa : Diskursus Ilmu Psikologi dan Pendidikan https://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/PSIMAWA/article/view/6689 Sat, 30 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0700
