Analisis Perubahan Tata Guna Lahan Terhadap Debit Air

Land use in the Rhee River Watershed area increases every year in line with the increase in population and economic needs. Changes in land use from forest areas to agricultural land areas can cause damage to watershed ecosystems and reduced water discharge. Apart from that, the impact that will result from changes in land use can cause an increase in peak discharge and direct runoff volume which has the potential to cause floods and landslides. This research aims to determine the impact of land use changes on water discharge using the Hydrologic Engineering Center-Hydrologic Modeling System (HEC HMS) application. The results of land use map analysis in 2010 and 2019 show changes in land use in forest areas, agricultural land and shrubs. Forest areas experienced a reduction in area of ??67,819 {\rm km}^2, while agricultural land and shrubs experienced an increase in area of ??6,912 {\rm km}^2 and 135,638 {\rm km}^2 respectively. This is based on modeling using the HEC HMS application for changes in land use showing that the results of changes in peak discharge and direct flow volume have increased by 1636.8\ m^3/s and 705.31 m^3/s. The loss of water discharge and base flow experienced a reduction in discharge of 723.75 m^3/s and 3664.6 m^3/s. There have been quite significant changes to land use which has changed to agricultural land. Significant changes in land use cause the volume of runoff during the rainy season to increase, resulting in the potential for flooding along the watershed.
