This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of promotional activities, product ratings, and paylater features on the impulse buying of Shopee application users in Sumbawa City. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) method with analysis tools using the Smart PLS application. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study after data analysis showed that promotions had a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases of Shopee application users in Sumbawa City, the paylater feature had a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases of Shopee application users in Sumbawa City and product assessments had no positive and significant effect on purchases.
