IMPLEMENTATION OF HEARING AID TO MOTIVATE INDONESIAN LEARNING IN DEAF STUDENTS AT ADDAWAH MBAWI SPECIAL SCHOOL

The implementation of hearing aids for Indonesian language learning shows great potential in increasing the participation and academic achievement of deaf students. To achieve successful implementation, strategic steps need to be taken. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of hearing aids in motivating Indonesian language learning among deaf students at Addawah SLB and to determine the factors inhibiting the implementation of hearing aids in motivating Indonesian language learning among deaf students at Addawah SLB. This research design uses qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results show that the implementation of hearing aids in an educational context shows great potential to increase accessibility and effectiveness of learning for deaf students and the factors inhibiting the implementation of hearing aids show that limited budget availability is the main obstacle in obtaining quality and adequate hearing aids. at school. Implementation of hearing aids for Indonesian language learning promises significant increases in the participation and academic achievement of deaf students. However, to reach its full potential, it is necessary to overcome several identified inhibiting factors. Budget constraints that limit the procurement of quality hearing aids are a major challenge, which also affects technical support when the equipment experiences damage or technical problems, as well as the availability of adequate training for teachers in the use of these devices. In addition, the importance of increasing deaf students' understanding and awareness of the benefits of hearing aids is also key to optimizing implementation and ensuring their effectiveness in the Indonesian language learning context.
