Roads are a land transportation infrastructure that is very important for facilitating economic growth, both between cities and other cities, between cities and villages, and between villages and other villages. Sumbaway Regency has a road length of 1,580.60 km. In 2020, the public can enjoy 570.35 kilometers of paved roads from the length of Sumbawa Regency roads. Even though the road data in Sumbawa Regency shows good numbers, on the other hand there are still several areas where the physical condition of the road is still damaged, one of which is Deep Boak Road. Deep Boak Road has a length of 3.668 m, the condition of the road has damage at several points. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of road damage based on pavement condition index (PCI) analysis and provide solutions to overcome damage to Deep Boak Road. For the results of the PCI analysis, namely the road on Jalan Boak Dalam has a value of 88.055 with a perfect rating (excellent). 69 and segment 70, so attention and handling are needed for repairs. On the road segment studied, the segment that has the lowest rating is segment 70 with a PCI value of 12 and in the Very Poor category. The solution can be repaired with the method of reconstruction and patching
