Abstract

Lekok is one of the sub-districts in Pasuruan district, East Java. One of the natural resources that has the potential to be economical and productive is the trasak fish. The trasak fish supply chain at TPI Lekok involves a series of activities and parties involved in production, processing, distribution, and marketing. The parties involved are fishermen, collectors, traders, processing plants, distributors, fish markets, restaurants, and consumers. Cooperation between all parties is important to ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly and that the fish is available with good quality. The purpose of this research is to manage the marine and fish conservation ecosystem in Pasuruan Regency in a sustainable manner which is expected to meet the needs of the community both now and in the future. The research method used is Rapid Appraissal for Fisheries (RAPFISH) with the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) coordination technique. This study also used a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents. The results of the study show that the overall sustainability index value is "quite sustainable". The value of the sustainability index in the ecological dimension is 74.41%, the economic dimension has a value of 41.73% which is categorized as "less sustainable", the social dimension is 76.02%, while the technology and institutions are 55.27% which is categorized as "quite sustainable". Based on all the results of the sustainability analysis, the development at TPI Lekok in Pasuruan regency needs to pay attention to all dimensions in terms of sustainability.
