One of the natural resources that has the potential to be economical and productive is the trasak fish. The trasak fish supply chain at TPI Lekok involves a series of activities and parties involved in production, processing, distribution, and marketing. The parties involved are fishermen, collectors, traders, processing plants, distributors, fish markets, restaurants, and consumers. Cooperation between all parties is important to ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly and that the fish is available with good quality. The purpose of this research is to manage the marine and fish conservation ecosystem in Pasuruan Regency in a sustainable manner which is expected to meet the needs of the community both now and in the future. The research method used is Rapid Appraissal for Fisheries (RAPFISH) with the Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS) coordination technique. This study also used a questionnaire distributed to 10 respondents. The results of the study show that the overall sustainability index value is "quite sustainable". The value of the sustainability index in the ecological dimension is 74.41%, the economic dimension has a value of 41.73% which is categorized as "less sustainable", the social dimension is 76.02%, while the technology and institutions are 55.27% which is categorized as "quite sustainable". However, suboptimal inventory management can lead to excess or shortage of stock that has an impact on the company's performance. This research was conducted on DANONE, a multinational company that produces food and beverages and operates in 130 countries. This study aims to measure the company's inventory management performance in the last two years using the inventory turnover, days inventory, and inventory to revenue methods. The results show that DANONE's inventory management performance is relatively low, with a decrease in inventory turnover from 6.44 in December 2021 to 3.07 in June 2022. This decline indicates a slowdown in sales and overstock as the main problem. This study aims to forecast the demand for limestone raw materials at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Plant Cirebon. The data used is limestone raw material demand data from January 2023 to December 2023. The Time Series method is an analysis method to make a forecast needed in the future. The variables used in this study are the demand for limestone raw materials in a certain period as a bound variable and the time period (months) as an independent variable. There are three types of method models used in this study, namely the Moving Average Method, Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Analysis. The error rate in the forecasting results was tested using the results of the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) value. Semen Tonasa to various cities across Indonesia by ship. However, the company often faces challenges in its ship operations due to delays in supplying parts needed for ship maintenance, which disrupts the distribution process. This issue arises from an unorganized spare parts warehouse management system, with parts stored using a randomized storage method, where placement is irregular and not fixed. Consequently, spare parts retrieval takes longer, especially when warehouse staff changes. To address this problem, a study was conducted to redesign the warehouse layout and storage system using the dedicated storage method, assigning each spare part a fixed storage location. The study results indicate a significant improvement in efficiency, with a reduction in round-trip travel distance by 340 meters from an initial 988 meters (a 65.6% decrease), a reduction in occupied floor area by 9.5 square meters from an initial 39.5 square meters (a 75.9% decrease), and an average rack travel distance reduction of 17.9 meters from 44.9 meters (a 60.1% decrease). These findings demonstrate that the implementation of dedicated storage provides substantial improvements in spare parts warehouse management at PT. Regulations are made to prevent pollution that can pollute residential areas. This study discusses the problem of determining the location of new facilities and determining the route of pollution vehicles by considering the minimum distance of the facility to the residential area of the compound route. The purpose of this study is to develop a mathematical model for the problem of determining the location of facilities and vehicle routes that considers the minimum distance of the facility to residential housing and compound routes. This study develops a mathematical model in the form of Mixed Integer Quadratic Programming (MIQP). The trial was conducted with 2 scenarios, namely 2 and 3 facility candidates, and from 7 to 13 customers. The trial scenario was carried out by changing the minimum distance from the facility candidate to the residential area, so that each scenario had 21 data processing times. From the results of data processing for the 2 facility candidates obtained, it can be seen that between the number of customers 7 to 13 there is no noticeable difference, and it still tends to look the same. Likewise with 3 facility candidates who do not show too big differences or even tend to be the same. Not limited to being available, but more than that, lecture chairs must also be comfortable and safe when used by students when attending lectures. Safe and comfortable chairs are needed so that students do not feel sore or experience other complaints after using lecture chairs for hours. This research aims to redesign conventional lecture chairs to be more ergonomic by using anthropometric data from PLN Institute of Technology. The data collection technique involves direct measurements of the subject's body dimensions to obtain accurate results. The method used in this study is the anthropometric method. The stages carried out start from anthropometric measurements, data adequacy and uniformity tests and make lecture chair designs. The results of the analysis show that the proposed chair design includes adjustment of the height of the backrest, height and width of the seat base, length of the writing base, as well as the length of the chair, taking into account the principle of ergonomics. From the calculation results, it was obtained that the seat design was 51cm in height, 66cm in height in the writing base, 47cm in height in the seat, 40cm in width, 55.16cm in length and 54.50cm in length. The obstacle faced by XYZ MSMEs is that the demand is not met by an average of 70% caused by the non-achievement of mushroom production against the production target of 500 kg/month, this is due to a baglog defect of 40%. This research aims to identify non-value-added activities that can affect the production process. The method used in this study is using the Lean Manufacturing approach which includes three stages, namely Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Activity Mapping (PAM) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The results of this study showed that there was a decrease in production process time of 252 minutes or 4 hours and 2 minutes from the total time before the repair of 58,592 minutes to 58,340 minutes. In addition, 5 (five) types of waste were also obtained, including waiting time, operation, transportation, motion and defect product. Based on the waste obtained, the factors that cause waste are identified using FTAs. This research aims to evaluate production strategies. Currently, the company implements an efficiency strategy by producing a constant number of guest chairs every period. However, this strategy poses problems in meeting customer demand during a spike, resulting in potential customer loss. This research explores changing strategies towards responsiveness as a solution to increase flexibility and meet customer needs more optimally. The methodology used is a case study through supply chain analysis, especially in the aspects of production, inventory, and logistics. The results of the study show that the implementation of a responsive strategy is able to increase customer satisfaction and improve supply chain performance, although it requires more careful cost management to overcome potential overtime costs and inventory. Currently, there are technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain to help in halal logistics tracking and traceability systems, which can open up opportunities for further innovation in the logistics sector. In Indonesia, there is only one courier company that already has halal certification. However, in its implementation, of course, there are still many problems and challenges faced. One of the biggest challenges is the lack of understanding of halal logistics concepts and standards among courier companies and industry players. This is because at the time of installation the part the operator has to bend because it is blocked by the battery. This study aims to assess the operator's work posture during the process of installing the clips and wiring, so that the risks obtained due to fatigue due to work can be known. The method used in this study is the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. This method begins by distributing the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire to find out which parts of the body feel pain and fatigue. Based on the measurement results, the angle of the upper arm is 450 – 900 with a score value = 3, the lower arm is formed with an angle of 00 – 600 with a score = 2, the wrist part forms an angle of &gt;150 with a score = 2. The results of the RULA table assessment based on the angles formed for each section, namely part A score=7, part B score 11, and part C score as end=7 are included in the high risk. In the process of infrastructure development, it is inseparable from the risk of work accidents. Based on the results of observations in the field, the potential for work accidents was found. This study aims to analyze potential hazards and provide improvement proposals to minimize the risk of work accidents in the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU Jetty Construction Project. The method used is HIRARC. HIRARC is used to identify the risk of work accidents as well as analyze hazards and provide improvement proposals to minimize existing risks. The results of the study were identified and there were 8 potential hazards in the construction of the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU jetty construction project, namely 25% potential hazards with low risk levels, 37% potential hazards with high risk levels and 38% potential hazards with extreme risk levels. Improvement proposals that can be given in the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU jetty construction project based on the K3 control hierarchy such as soil erosion around the temporary jetty area, standing under the process of material lifting by cranes and stacking steel pipes by eliminating to eliminate activities in the erosion area. GPA can be influenced by various factors such as social activities carried out by students outside of study hours. This study aims to determine the difference in the average score of the Student Achievement Index (GPA) between students who have social activities and students who do not have social activities. The method used in data analysis is a 2-way ANOVA variance analysis (Two Way Analysis of Variance) in the SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results of the study show that the average score (means) of the GPA of Industrial Engineering students is 3.53, Mechanical Engineering 3.48 and Energy Business 3.78. Hypothesis 1 regarding the difference in average GPA between each major obtained a significant rate of 0.005 &lt; 0.05. Hypothesis 2 regarding the difference in average GPA between socially active and socially inactive students obtained a significance level of 0.583 &gt; 0.05 (sig 0.583 &gt; 0.05). Hypothesis 3 regarding the interaction between the average GPA of students per department and activities was obtained with a significance level of 0.844 &gt; 0.005 (sig 0.844 &gt; 0.05). XYZ is a state-owned enterprise engaged in construction services that builds a port and pier which is used as a docking place for cargo ships loaded with gas which is the main fuel for power plants at the Lombok Peaker PLTMGU. Based on the results of observations, it was found that there were potential hazards that could cause accidents such as work under a crane that had the potential to cause an accident if the rope used was broken. If not treated immediately, it can cause workers to suffer injuries that lead to physical disabilities and can even result in death. This study uses the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method with the aim of identifying hazards arising from work accidents and providing improvement proposals to minimize the risk of work accidents. The results of this study obtained 5 potential dangers, namely 40% at extreme risk, 40% at high risk, and 20% at medium risk. The proposed improvement recommendations are to provide directions and ensure that workers have used PPE, make improvements to the field conditions, provide directions and suggestions to carry out work based on the correct SOPs in accordance with the recommendations from HSE. One of the development processes carried out is the Tiu S Dam construction project for package II in Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. Based on the results of observations, it was found that there were potential hazards that could cause work accidents. This can cause workers to experience injuries that lead to physical disabilities and can even result in death. This study uses the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method with the aim of identifying and analyzing hazards arising from work accidents and providing improvement proposals to minimize the risk of work accidents. The results of the study were obtained in the shotcrete process 8 potentially dangerous activities at PT. This causes food menus to be selected based on images, so that images become an important aspect in attracting consumer interest. In addition to changes in shopping styles and eating patterns, plus the trend of jungdood and emotional eating has had an impact on increasing Indonesia's obesity rate by 2 times. One of the solutions offered is to increase the consumption of healthy food. However, the fact is that photos of healthy foods trigger different responses when compared to foods high in fat and calories. So, a healthy food photo design is needed that gives the same effect as a photo of high-calorie high-fat food. This research focuses on the design of photos of traditional healthy food, namely kapurung to the photo design stage. Kansei engineering is used to find the characteristics and combinations of photos that consumers want. Then eye tracking determines the area of interest point on the photo object and the design combination. As well as factor analysis to determine the best kansei word representing traditional healthy food photos and couple comparisons to find the most preferred design. Based on the research conducted, the words kansei that represent the characteristics of healthy food photos according to respondents are "Creative", "Aesthetic", "Bright", "Fresh" and "Clear". The problem faced by the company is the existence of defects in 300 ml Diameter Type Sardine Packaging products in 2022 and 2023 with an average defect value exceeding the 1% standard that has been set by the company. The purpose of this research is to control the quality of Sardine Packaging products with a diameter of 300 ml using the Six Sigma method through the DMAIC stage. Based on the results of the Define stage data analysis, 5 types of defects were obtained with CTQ: miss print, dent, scratch, welding and Internal Side Stripping. The Measure stage received a DPMO value of 3,137 in 2022 with a Sigma level of 4.21 and in 2023 of 3,871 with a Sigma level of 4.17 in the industry average category. The Analyze stage using pareto diagrams found that the types of defects that often occur are miss prints, dents and scratches. The causes of defects obtained from fishbone diagrams are humans, machines, methods and materials.
