PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGALOKASIAN DANA DESA DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA MOYO KECAMATAN MOYO HILIR KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of the people of Moyo Village Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency in Village Fund Allocation as an effort to empower the community. This research uses qualitative approach with field observation method. Informants in this research is Moyo Village officials and the community who become the representation of every hamlet in Moyo Village. As for the research data obtained using direct interviews in the field. Research result shows that the community's perception of the allocation of village funds carried out by the Moyo Village Government in empowering the community show negative perceptions. This is due to several aspects including business capital, community training, production equipment assistance and economic improvement. These four aspects show a negative perception of community with the absence of the role of the village in empowering the community.
