Business strategy is an important part a must have for every entrepreneur. This research try to determine the ideal strategy through a SWOT analysis. The object of this research is businesses that are D'SRUPUT MSME units from Lubuk Begalung, Padang City. Method research used is descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires to the parties or stakeholders. SWOT Analysis Techniques include IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy and QSPM. The findings of the IFE Matrix show just that UMKM D'SRUPUT has organizational characteristics strong internals with a viable strategy take advantage of the capable power factor minimize weaknesses and capable take advantage of opportunities faced by threats. TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Matrix analysis results Strategy as the end result of this research recommend the right business strategy for UMKM D'SRUPUT is implementing this strategy market development followed by product development development) through continuous innovation.
