Business strategy is an important part that every business actor must have. This research tries to determine the ideal strategy through SWOT analysis. The object of this research is the Indopersia Destination Tour and Travel business in Bali, which is a tourism business in the form of tour and travel services. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires to parties or stakeholders. SWOT Analysis Technique with findings The strategy outlined leverages strengths in a customer-centric approach, strategic partnerships, and adaptability. However, addressing weaknesses in implementation schedules and potential technology dependencies is critical. Opportunities for market differentiation, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing technological advances must be maximized, while threats posed by market dynamics, competition, and technological risks must be carefully managed.
