Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kesejahteraan Lulusan Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Di Kabupaten Sumbawa

Human resource development in general is a necessity and a need that is increasingly felt today. Self-competence improvement can be done by attending job training. Job training affects the improvement and development of attitudes, ways of working, behavior, knowledge and skills and morale of workers so as to create good work performance and get optimal results for their welfare. This research will focus on the effect of training on the welfare of graduates at the Sumbawa Regency Vocational Training Center. The objective of this research is to determine the differences in income before and after carrying out the training.
The data of this research were obtained from primary and secondary data obtained from direct questionnaires with participants in the job training center in Sumbawa district. This research used a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach and then the research was carried out at a job training center in Sumbawa district with the population number that could not be known because the data obtained from BLK was not too significant whether the training participants in Sumbawa district had attended previous training. The sample in this study uses the sampling technique Probability Sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample member with a total sample of 60 respondents taken through the Slovin Formula Formula. The research findings show that there is no difference regarding job training before and after training. Based on this study, it was concluded that after the training did not guarantee a decrease or increase in job training to get welfare in Sumbawa Regency.
