Abstract

Students are one of the economic actors whose role isn't only as a consumer but also as a producer or as both a producer and consumer. Not a few students are hampered by their lectures because they're unable to complete the payment of tuition fees. Participation of lecturers in this matter is very necessary. Lecturers not only provide explanations about the subjects that they teach during lectures but also  help provide solutions to this problem. Reflecting on the application of technology and the economic conditions of students, a student e-commerce web design solution was produced. The system design stage starts with identifying student and system needs, grouping menus and submenus, user interface design, system flow formulation, design, system testing and implementation. This system uses PHP programming language and waterfall system development method. This system is made web-based, uses a joint account, displays sales balances, there is an admin who serves questions and answers and is inseparable from the role of the lecturer to verify so that only students from the campus can become producers and consumers. From the tests carried out, this system has generated a digital economic spirit for students and of course helps them to make ends meet
