Gambaran Workplace Resilience di Tempat Kerja pada Karyawan Gen Z di PT X

Ketahanan psikologis merupakan faktor kunci bagi karyawan dalam menghadapi tekanan kerja, terutama bagi Gen Z yang kini mulai mendominasi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat resiliensi karyawan Gen Z, respons mereka terhadap umpan balik negatif, serta faktor-faktor yang memperkuat resiliensi tersebut. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada 94 karyawan PT X yang pernah menerima umpan balik negatif. Selain itu, wawancara dilakukan pada 5 karyawan sebagai data pelengkap. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Resilience at Work Scale (RAW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan Gen Z di PT X memiliki tingkat resiliensi kerja yang baik pada berbagai aspek, dengan kekuatan utama pada kesadaran diri, nilai pribadi, dan pencarian makna dalam pekerjaan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran mengenai pentingnya penguatan resiliensi dalam menghadapi kritik di lingkungan kerja yang semakin dinamis.
