ANALISIS MULTIPLIER EFFECT INVESTASI DAN PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA BARAT TAHUN 2016-2020

Abstract

This research is entitled “Analysis of the Multiplier Effect of Investment and Government Expenditure on Gross Regional Domestic Product of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The purpose of this study was to measure the magnitude of the coefficient of multiplier (multiplier effect coefficient ) investment and government spending and their impact on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of West Nusa Tenggara Province. Data collection uses secondary data sources derived from data published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Investment and One Stop Service Office of the NTB Provincial Government and Bank Indonesia. The research shows that the value of the investment multiplier effect = 35,856.48. The meaning of the investment multiplier (35,856.48) means that an increase in investment of 1 unit will affect an increase in income of Rp. 35.856.480.000.000. The value of the multiplier effect of government spending (kG = 35,856.48). The meaning of the government expenditure multiplier of 35,856.48 means that the increase in government spending is Rp. 1, it will affect the increase in PDRB by 35.856.480.000.000.
