Abstract

Consumption and Distribution of Electrical Energy in a building must be efficient. However, there are still many buildings that do not meet the standard efficient level. This can be caused by several factors. Among these factors is the use of lighting and air conditioning systems that are not up to standard, the Olat Maras Community Academy (AKOM), which is a medium consumer of electrical energy, so it is necessary to conduct an energy audit to determine the efficiency level of energy consumption in accordance with SNI 6196:2011. The research phase carried out in this study was to analyze and evaluate the value of energy consumption intensity (IKE) in one year or one month (in air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms), as well as to analyze energy saving opportunities in lighting systems and lighting systems. air conditioning. In this study, researchers used mixed methods (Mixed). The results of the study obtained the Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) at the Olat Maras Community Academy (AKOM), of 17.83 kWh/m²/year. This value is classified as very efficient according to the ASEAN-USAID IKE value standards. Based on the data obtained, AKOM only has one air-conditioned room with a value of 16.37 kWh/m²/month. This value has a fairly efficient category. Whereas for non-air-conditioned rooms, an average value of 6.73 kWh/m²/month is obtained. This value has a fairly efficient category according to Permen ESDM No. 12 of 2013. However, the lighting intensity (lux) and BTU values ??are not as required or not according to standards.
