EVALUASI PENILAIAN GEDUNG DENGAN KONSEP GREEN BUILDING

Buildings emit 30-40% of greenhouse gases. Therefore, the most effective way to anticipate damage to the earth is through the implementation of the concept of green building. The case study for this study is the Men's Dormitory Building at Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS). The purpose of this research is to know the level of green building certification rating in the UTS Men’s Dormitory Building and the user's assessment of the building's infrastructure. The method used is to use Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 (Greenship-GBCI) as a benchmark in the assessment of the green building certification rating also use the Likert scale method. The results of this study are that men's dormitory buildings get 9 points, but even so, the results of the questionnaire showed that the comfort level of building users reached the level of "comfortable" by 65%, which means the number of building users who feel comfortable by 65%.
