Abstract

A In the digital era, the Internet of Things (IoT) has become a popular solution for automating daily processes. One application is drying food, such as crackers, to maintain quality and freshness. This research aims to design and implement an IoT-based automatic cracker dryer using ESP32 and the Blynk application. The method used in this research is experimental. This tool consists of a temperature and humidity sensor, a fan speed control module, and an ESP32-based control unit. Sensors monitor environmental conditions, while a fan module regulates air circulation during drying. The ESP32 acts as a controller, collecting sensor data and controlling the dryer. Users can monitor and control the device via the Blynk application connected to the ESP32 via Wi-Fi. The app provides an intuitive interface for viewing temperature and humidity, setting fan speed, and setting drying time. This tool is expected to increase the efficiency and consistency of the cracker drying process, as well as allowing remote control for convenience and flexibility of use.
