GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR WRITING

  1. The focus and scope of the journal can be seen in the uts journal select KAGANGA KOMUNIKA: Journal of Communication on the top menu of the journal (http://jurnal.uts.ac.id/index.php/KAGANGA)
  2. Manuscripts are written using Microsoft Office Word, font size 12, A4 paper size, 1.15 spacing. Left and right margins. Manuscript articles are made in one column.
  3. The title is written in capital letters, centered and bold. The title is stated explicitly and clearly.
  4. Abstract is written in two languages, namely English and Indonesian with single space (1), font size 10 Time New Roman. Abstract contains a brief summary of the journal manuscript. The maximum number of words in the abstract is 250-300 words. The keywords in the abstract are a maximum of five words with a separation between words using a sign (;).
  5. Each quotation must state its source explicitly by placing it in parentheses (body note: contains the author's name, year and page, and does not use other forms of citation (footnote or endnote).
  6. The discussion must be divided based on measurement indicators, and each discussion within the indicator must lead to the findings and be reinforced with relevant theory as a comparison.
  7. Conclusions should be clearly stated and answer the research objectives based on the problems that occur.
  8. Each manuscript is equipped with a bibliography consisting of the author's name, year of publication, title, publisher's name and place / city of publication.
  9. The editor can edit each manuscript before it is published without changing the substance of the manuscript.
  10. Manuscripts of articles that do not meet the requirements for publication can be retrieved through the manager.
  11. Manuscripts can be sent online through the OJS Website System.
